Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, (Monday - Friday).

Transit Time

Shipping times vary depending on the destination within the United States and United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times range from 2–4 business days (Monday - Friday).

Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time 3-6 business days.

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been shipped.

Missing Shipments

In rare cases, packages may get lost in transit by the courier or postal service. If this happens, and all delivery information is confirmed to be correct, we will provide a full refund to the original method of payment or, upon your request, send out a replacement package free of charge.

If the shipment is marked as delivered by the shipping company but you have not received it, a dispute will be opened with both parties providing the necessary proof.

Partial Shipments

If your order does not arrive with all purchased products, please contact us at support@carefle.com We will liaise with the shipping courier or postal service to identify the issue. If we cannot guarantee delivery of the missing items within 10 business days, we will issue a full refund for the missing products or, upon your request, send a replacement package at no extra cost.

Late Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe specified on our Shipping & Delivery page, please let us know by emailing support@carefle.com We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days from the date it was shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, or, upon your request, send out a replacement package free of charge.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@carefle.com or calling +1 307 310 6434 Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled to prevent customer fraud. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will need to receive the package and then return it to us for a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases.
